i only get the message unable to load

Worse thing ever it doesnt even load half the times
I watched lonniedos play this and it looked awesome but when I try it it says unable to load
Dont buy this. Waste of money. Doesnt run well at all, and it doesnt work with the left thumb (which is a must for anyone who is left handed or who wants to see what obstacles are incoming and must be avoided). ...I will be requesting a refund
